Orders over $100 will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.

• Custom Wigs 5-10 Business Days 
• Ready to Ship Wigs Same Day for orders placed before 5PM EST. Next Day for orders after 5pm 
• You Provide the Hair Wigs 5-10 Business Days after receiving the hair in the mail.
• Hair Care Products Same Day for orders placed before 5PM EST. Next Day for orders after 5PM EST.
• Hair Bundles/ Lace Closure/ Frontal Frontal 4-7 Business Day Processing unless i have on my page on hand / pick up available.  

 

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

• (United States) 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail Express 4 pm to meet Express Shipping Drop-off Deadline.
• (United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
• (United States) 2-3 BUSINESS DAY Shipping First Class Mail
• (United States) 6-10 BUSINESS DAY via USPS Priority Mail or Economy International Mail 
• (This time does not include the processing period
• Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.

 

REFUNDS:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product , refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. for this reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Returns are only offered if you received the wrong items.

 

RETURNS:

• If a return is approved. you will be provided with a return label . Please be sure  to ship out your item(s) within 3 business days of receiving your return label . if the tracking number does not show the package has been received by the carrier within 3 business days , your return will be voided. We will not issue a refund of the item(s).
